Minimum stay one week (saturday to saturday)
For the period of medium and low season it is possible to stay for a shorter period, making the booking in the 15 days before. In this case we will charge the following tariff:
Aria and Fuoco apartments:
100,00 € for the first day, plus 60,00 € every day after (final cleaning included, heating and air conditioning 2,00 € per hour)
Terra and Acqua apartments
150,00 € for the first day, plus 60,00 € every day after (final cleaning included, heating and air conditioning 2,00 € per hour)

- final cleaning obligatory

HOW TO PAY
30% deposit on booking (bank transfer or credit card); balance of 70% paid on arrival by cash or credit card.
On arrival the host requires a security deposit of € 150,oo per apartment, which will be refunded on departure.
